Women’s Health Unplugged is an empowering, in-person event designed to celebrate, educate, and uplift women through open conversations about health, wellness, and personal growth. Centered around the theme “Unbothered, Unapologetic, Unstoppable,” the event creates a safe and inspiring space for women to explore topics that impact their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.


Taking place on Saturday, April 25th at 11:00 AM (with doors opening at 10:30 AM), this experience brings together a dynamic group of professionals, thought leaders, and advocates from diverse backgrounds in healthcare, wellness, and community leadership.


The event will feature:

  • A keynote address by Dr. Toya Z. Like, an author and professor, offering insight and inspiration
  • A panel of experienced voices including nurses, wellness coaches, philanthropists, and community leaders
